How to make a claim
If you would like to exchange your mattress during your sleep trial, please email
sleeptrial@mattressman.co.uk
between days 30 and 60 of your trial period.
In your email, please include your full name, delivery address and original order number.
If you already know which mattress you would like to exchange for, feel free to add those details in as well.
Our sleep trial team will get in touch within three working days to guide you through the next steps and help you find your perfect mattress.
There is a one-off £50 fee to activate your sleep trial. This covers the collection of your current mattress and the delivery of your replacement.
The fee is non-refundable and applies to each mattress exchanged. If you are exchanging more than one mattress under the sleep trial,
the £50 charge applies to each mattress.
